Randall Ogle is a native artist of the Great Smokies Mountains. He is the great-grandson of early mountain pioneers. Randall grew up in the Gnatty Branch community near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. A self-taught artist, Randall began painting at the age of 14 in the spring of 1969. He is a portrait artist, but has gained notoriety for his landscapes and nature scenes.
