- Minimum orders are not required of our customers generally. In fact, Expressions Inc. can dropship a single piece of art directly to your customer, via UPS or Frieght Carriers.

- Expressions Inc does not offer credit terms. We operate on a prepayment system only. Customers can pay with Visa, Master Card, Business Check or Cash. In the case of Check or Cash, once your order has been process for production you will be contacted with the total amount including freight. When your payment has been received, your shipment will be released. If paying by credit card, your card will be charged 1-5 days prior to the release of your shipment. ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE.

- Average turn around time on an order is 2-6 weeks. Most of the time, orders are recieved 1 week and shipped the next, but in times of large volumns of orders to be processed it may take the full 6 week for you to receive your order. Please be prepared to wait the full term unless we have made arrangements with you to expedite your order.

- We work hard to ensure that you receive the best possible rate on shipping from the carriers and we also have a great free picture program for all orders over $500 to help you recover all or most of your shipping. We generally do not offer free shipping , unless it is for a limited time promotion, but please don't hesitate to ask what promotions we have to help you with your order. Typically, all orders will arrive on a skid(s) via common carrier. You must be present at your business to receive your shipment. Trucking companies will generally deliver M-F between 8am-5pm, if an appointment is needed for your delivery or if you are closed on a certain day, please notify us so the proper arrangements can be made, as redelivery fees apply to any shippments that can not be delivered on the attempted weekday.
If requested, we can make arrangements for your order to be placed on the ground at the rear of the truck by the driver at no cost to you, however it is not the driver's responsibility to carry the art in the store for you. Expressions will not pay for inside delivery of any shipment. If you should chose to have the driver carry the art in your store, we will gladly allow the driver to do so, but your card will be charge the inside delivery fee determined by the freight company. Your driver will be able to tell you what the charge will be if you should chose to do so.

- You have probably noticed that their are no prices on this website or in our catalogs. This is done so you can share them with your customers. If you desire price information, please email or fax your store contact information and tax resale number to us. We will then email or fax you a copy of all the necessary price guides.

- Yes, you can pick up your order at Expressions Inc. Its a great way to avoid all shipping costs, if you are close enough to do so. Just let us know that it is your intention to pick it up and we will call you when its ready.

- When your order arrives, you should inspect it prior to signing the Bill of Laden(BOL) for the driver. If something is damaged, note it in detail on the BOL and call us within 48 hrs of the delivery. DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Doing so will case return shipping charges to be incurred and will result in a loss of your compensation for the damaged art. Instead, accept the shipment, make the necessary notes on the BOL and notify us of the damage. Then we will either refund you the cost of the damaged piece(s) or reship those items to you.

- Yes, you may choose other frames and mats than those pictured around the prints. Just note what picture the frame and mat appears on that you would like your art to resemble. We will make the adjustments at no additional charge, however all special orders are non-refundable/non-exchangable.

- Yes. We will gladly frame pictures that you send us. However, keep in mind that your customers will be upset if something happens to damage their print in shipment. Please do not send items that are one of a kind or items that hold sentimental value, as we are not responsible for loss or damages. Also, we do not carry a large assortment of frames, so we basically offer a choice of gold, wood tone, leather, or black frames; and neutral or complimenting colors on the mats. Prices will be comparable to an image of the same size in our catalog.
